As a world class asset-based carrier, Charger Logistics specializes in delivering assets, on time and on budget. With the diverse fleet of equipment, we can handle a range of freight, including dedicated loads, specialized hauls, temperature‑controlled goods and HAZMAT cargo. The CRM Sales Operations Analyst will be the operational backbone of our sales team. You’ll keep our CRM running cleanly, track how the team is performing against targets, and surface the insights that help us win more business. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role with direct access to sales leadership. What You’ll Do

CRM Management

Manage day-to-day CRM operations — data quality, pipeline hygiene, user adoption, and process compliance Maintain accurate records of accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities across the sales team Build and refine CRM workflows, views, and reporting to support the sales cycle Serve as the go‑to resource for CRM‑related questions, troubleshooting, and best practices Track individual and team performance against revenue targets, quotas, and KPIs Monitor lead generation activity, outreach cadences, and pipeline progression for each rep Produce weekly and monthly performance dashboards for sales leadership Flag underperformance trends early and support coaching conversations with data Analytics & Reporting

Build clear, actionable reports and dashboards covering pipeline health, win/loss rates, and customer activity Analyze customer and lane data to identify growth opportunities and retention risks Provide ad hoc analysis to support sales strategy, territory planning, and account prioritization What You Bring

4–6 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or commercial analytics Hands‑on experience managing a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) Strong reporting and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) Experience tracking sales team performance metrics and presenting to leadership Logistics, freight, or transportation industry background is a strong asset Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Strong communicator — able to translate data into clear, business‑friendly insights
