Position Overview
Schaeffer Homes is hiring a New Home Sales Professional to work with prospective buyers interested in building new homes. This position is based at our design center in Newark, DE and involves guiding customers through the home buying and building process.
Location: Newark, DE. Job Type: Full-Time.
Responsibilities
Meet with prospective buyers to discuss homebuilding options
Guide customers through the sales and contract process
Maintain knowledge of available floor plans, pricing, and options
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams throughout the sales process
Schedule
Full-time position
Weekend availability required
Two days off during the week
Typical shifts are 8 hours; schedule may vary
Compensation & Benefits
Training pay provided during onboarding period
Transition to commission-based compensation
Typical annual earnings range from $75,000 to $100,000+ based on performance

Qualifications
Retail or sales experience preferred but not required
Willingness to obtain a real estate license (assistance provided)
