Part-time Teller

KeyBank - - Responsibilities: Provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming both new and existing clients to the Bank and assisting them with their account transactions and servicing needs, including identifying and resolving client servicing issues.; Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines and follow compliance, audit and security procedures.; Identify opportunities for financial wellness during client conversations and appropriately transition the client to a Banker.; Attend and participate in in-person morning huddles and end of day debriefs.; Educate clients on managing finances and promoting financial health; promote and guide clients to appropriate resources or bank services.
