Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily FTZ operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations
Manage inventory control and reporting within FTZ environments
Liaise with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on all FTZ-related matters
Ensure accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and audit readiness
Lead internal compliance reviews and implement process improvements
Support operational teams with FTZ procedures, training, and best practices
Candidate Requirements
5+ years’ experience in customs brokerage and FTZ management
Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations and FTZ operations
Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) highly preferred
CCS or CES certification advantageous
Previous leadership or management experience
Ability to operate in a structured, compliance-driven environment
What You Can Expect
Base salary in the region of
$100,000 – $110,000
