Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Job Description Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns, maintain maximum client satisfaction, stay up‑to‑date with product features, and uphold high visual standards for products and the store as a whole. This role consistently meets the store’s sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Location: Store #5028, 2010 Enterprise Dr, Forest, VA 24551.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.

Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.

Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures.

Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Maintain precise work order files and formulas.

Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.

Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.

Stock shelves and set up displays.

Clean store equipment.

Load and unload delivery trucks.

Assist in making deliveries as needed.

Maintain in‑stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.

Remains knowledgeable about products and discusses available options.

Comply with inventory control procedures.

Suggest ways to improve sales performance.

Minimum Qualifications

At least eighteen (18) years of age.

Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in English and Spanish.

Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lb. frequently and up to 70 lb. on occasion.

Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Internal employees must have at least a “meets expectations” rating on the most recent performance appraisal.

Internal employees must have completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for the current position.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.

Experience selling paint and paint‑related products.

Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
