Construction Estimator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, coordinating material orders, and dispatching construction crews to job sites. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a solid understanding of construction processes and materials. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on plans, specifications, and client requirements Communicate with customers to gather project details and provide clear, accurate pricing information Order materials, equipment, and supplies required for projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency Coordinate and dispatch construction teams to job sites, ensuring schedules are met and resources are properly allocated Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing Maintain accurate records of estimates, orders, and project timeline

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with scheduling or dispatching construction crews Familiarity with blueprint reading and construction drawings Background in purchasing or supply chain coordination
