Job Summary UF Information Technology (UFIT) is seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Administrator to join the Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) Team within Applications, Development, and Integrations (ADI). The role will work on the campus-wide Salesforce org, supporting a wide variety of offices for case management, event management, and communications, and ensuring integration with other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Perform hands‑on solution design, prototyping, and proof‑of‑concepts to support current and new projects.

Collaborate with the CRM Team and Marketing Cloud clients on development, testing, production support, and related tasks.

Estimate scope for development efforts.

Communicate status updates to stakeholders and project leadership.

Participate in business and technical meetings.

Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology.

Support architectural and development guidelines and best practices.

Monitor and troubleshoot issues with Marketing Cloud sends and bounces.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge managing users, business units, permissions, and settings within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience with Contact Builder, Marketing Cloud Journeys, email templates (HTML, CSS, AMPScript), and custom subscription centers.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and relational database systems.

Experience with Automation Studio, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Education Cloud, and Education Data Architecture.

Salary $85,000 – $95,000; commensurate with education and experience.

Special Instructions Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

A Level 2 Criminal Background Screening is required.
