Sr. Marketing Associate – Influencer & Social | Toy & Entertainment Brand (Los Angeles, CA)
Hybrid (4 days onsite) | 12‑Month W2 Contract | $40–$45/hr

About The Role Our client is looking for a digitally savvy Sr. Marketing Associate to support influencer and paid media campaigns across social, search, video, and display channels. You’ll be a key connector between internal teams, agency partners, and the creator community.
What You’ll Do
Lead influencer selection, briefing, and relationship management, including on‑site activations
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and more
Manage campaign assets, schedules, documentation, and gifting fulfillment
Ensure compliance with Mattel policy and partner with legal on influencer contracts
Analyze and report on campaign performance to inform optimizations
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years in digital marketing and influencer/brand partnerships
Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic
Strong knowledge of influencer tiers and an established network of agents and managers
Exceptional organization, communication, and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns
