Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Ambassador at Silverado Memory Care, located in Escondido, CA. The Community Ambassador will play a key role in building relationships with residents, families, and local community partners. Key responsibilities include organizing events, providing tours, facilitating communications between the community and the facility, and actively representing the values and mission of Silverado in all interactions.
Qualifications
Relationship-building and communication skills, including the ability to engage with residents, families, and community partners
Event planning and coordination experience, including organizing and executing community engagement activities
Strong public relations and presentation skills to effectively promote Silverado's mission and services
Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a passion for working with individuals with memory care needs
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
Basic knowledge of senior health care services and memory care is preferred but not required
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
