You’re a great fit if you: Have 4–6 years of experience within investment management or financial services Are highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing workflows Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities effectively Have experience with CRM systems and investor servicing platforms Possess strong technical skills across Microsoft Office and document management tools Have a foundational understanding of investor reporting, fund operations, or accounting concepts Are solutions-oriented and interested in improving processes and leveraging technology
Your Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance CRM data integrity through ongoing updates and system management Support investor portal administration, including document distribution and access management Assist with fund operations, including capital call and distribution processes and cash flow tracking Coordinate recurring compliance and regulatory reporting requirements Respond to investor inquiries related to reporting, performance, and account activity Support the preparation and distribution of periodic investor reports Track and manage investor audit confirmations in partnership with internal and external stakeholders Contribute to ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives
