About the company Edison Smart are partnered with a high-growth OT cybersecurity vendor backed by leading venture capital firms, currently scaling their US operations following strong traction across energy, utilities, and manufacturing sectors. With a proven product-market fit in Europe and early success in North America, the business is now entering a critical growth phase. They are looking to hire a senior commercial leader to take ownership of their industrial cybersecurity go-to-market strategy in the US. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the founding team, define regional strategy, and build out a high-performing commercial function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities Own and execute the US go-to-market strategy for OT cybersecurity solutions Build and scale a regional team across sales, pre-sales, and partnerships Develop strategic relationships with enterprise clients across energy, utilities, and industrial sectors Work closely with founders and executive leadership on growth strategy and market positioning Drive new logo acquisition while shaping long-term account expansion strategy Influence product direction through direct market feedback and customer engagement Establish partnerships with system integrators, consultancies, and channel partners Take full ownership of regional revenue targets and hiring plans
Key Requirements 8+ years experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on OT / ICS environments Proven track record in a commercial leadership role (sales, GTM, or business development) Experience building or scaling teams in high-growth environments Strong network within industrial sectors (energy, utilities, manufacturing) Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in early-stage growth Experience working in startup or scale-up environments is highly desirable Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with C-level executives
