Summary/Objective The Marketing Assistant at Haimer USA supports the execution of marketing and event initiatives, with a strong focus on managing the showroom experience and coordinating customer visits and trainings. This role plays a key part in ensuring a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for customers, partners, and internal teams, while also supporting trade shows, marketing logistics, and content capture efforts. What you would do Coordinate and manage in-house customer visits, training, and showroom scheduling in collaboration with Sales and Technical teams Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and overall readiness of the showroom, customer lounge, and meeting spaces Manage visit logistics including catering, room setup, and welcome materials to ensure a professional customer experience Support trade show preparation, setup, and post-show follow-up activities Comfortable working hands-on to set-up and organize event equipment Handle logistics and inventory of marketing materials (brochures, promotional items, displays, etc.) Assist with CRM lead entry and follow-up coordination Capture photo and video content during customer visits, training, and events Provide general marketing and administrative support to the team as needed What we require from you Associate's degree in marketing, Communications or related field (Bachelor's Degree preferred). 2-3 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong creative direction and storytelling abilities. Proficient PC skills including MS Suite, Adobe, Canva, CRM and ERP Systems. Proficiency in videography and with video editing software is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Honest, dependable, reliable.
