What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Research and map out the buying committee in strategic accounts, including key decision-makers and influencers
Conduct discovery calls with stakeholders to cultivate leads and align solutions with value-based care offerings
Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to generate qualified leads within designated accounts
Partner with Strategic Marketing to support targeted campaigns and align messaging to specific account needs
Maintain accurate records of all prospecting and engagement activities on sales and marketing platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
At least 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles in the healthcare industry
Proven track record in leveraging account-based marketing tactics to generate leads within complex sales environments
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and nurture professional relationships
High level of organization and time management skills for effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and trends, particularly in value-based care models
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales cadence software like Outreach
Proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in dynamic and evolving market landscapes
