About The Role
Join Jackson Family Wines as a Trade Marketing Coordinator and play a key role in bringing our brands to life in market. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Collaborate effectively with Sales, Brand Marketing, and external vendors to execute consumer and trade programs.
Coordinate sourcing, vendor negotiation, and timely delivery of marketing materials and merchandise.
Provide support for the print‑on‑demand portal, including content management and updates.
Coupon program support, including weekly redemption tracking, printing, and managing timelines to ensure timely execution and delivery.
Assist with the management of the POS ordering portal, including item setup, user access, and inventory management.
Produce and edit the bi‑weekly newsletter.
Support in the execution of national and regional marketing initiatives.
Manage Trade Marketing's POS catalog to ensure Sales has the current list of sales tools available.
Manage ad hoc projects and procurement as needed.
Lead monthly project status meetings with Brand Marketing teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfort working with budgets and tracking program performance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); experience with SharePoint, Teams, Sway, and Forms or similar tools a plus
Experience with Adobe Workfront or Acrobat a bonus
Interest in wine is helpful, but not required

WAGE TRANSPARENCY
The annual salary for this role ranges from $71,000.00 - $80,000.00. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
