Website: https://www.madrigalpharma.com/ Address: 1001 Conshohocken State Rd, Conshohocken, PA 19428 Job Title: Business Development-Supporting Sales Team Key Responsibilities Support development of a standardized field communications SOP (process steps, timelines, approvals, distribution, and version control). Assist in building and maintaining the meetings framework (agenda templates, materials, and post-meeting follow-up). Maintain accurate meeting rosters and distribution lists; track updates and confirm the right stakeholders are included. Support BARR meetings (internal business review meetings) with calendar holds, roster management, event setup, and logistics/readiness tracking. Support the Dev360 project (internal initiative) through meeting coordination, documentation, status tracking, and action item follow-up. Assist with VP Sales updates by gathering inputs, formatting materials, and coordinating distribution and follow-ups. Deliverables or Projects Create and document a standardized process for requesting, scheduling, and tracking field ride-alongs and field visits (request intake, approvals, coordination, and confirmation communications). Qualifications Desired Majors / Minimum Qualifications + Skills: Required Qualifications Strong organizational and project coordination skills; able to manage calendars, meeting logistics, and multiple workstreams. Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable drafting process documentation, templates, and meeting summaries. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Microsoft Teams. High attention to detail and discretion when handling business-sensitive information. Ability to work independently, ask questions, and follow through on action items and deadlines.
