- Maintain high level of professionalism with clients, working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Update customer information in the database.
- 1+ year customer service experience in fast paced environment required.
- Food Industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge and experience with technology, Excel and Microsoft Word.
