We are looking for someone with a passion to lead and strong attention to food quality, training, and providing an excellent guest and employee experience. REQUIRED SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Previous experience as Food and Beverage Manager or Director in a full-service hotel Hilton background is a plus. Responsible for overall operation of food and beverages, bars, and banquet departments delivering quality service. Compliance of policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Manage all administrative functions such as scheduling, purchasing for the department, hiring and terminations of associates all in a fiscally responsible manner. xywuqvp Works closely with catering and convention services.
