Senior Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support cost planning, analysis, and estimating efforts across complex Transportation projects. This role will work closely with project teams to develop accurate estimates, evaluate scope, and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities: Willingness and ability to conduct field visits to assess jobsite conditions and monitor project progress, including accessing various areas such as rooftops, equipment rooms, and elevated locations when necessary to support estimating efforts. Strong understanding of construction practices, methods, and sequencing. Review construction documents, including drawings and specifications, and update cost estimates as design revisions are issued. Analyze and compare subcontractor bids to ensure scope completeness, identifying and pricing any gaps, exclusions, or inconsistencies. Evaluate and price change orders, with demonstrated experience supporting or leading change order negotiations. xywuqvp Track and manage change order requests, maintaining accurate logs and providing clear status updates to project teams, while documenting negotiations in a structured and concise manner.
