IMMEDIATE ORDER PROCESSOR JOB OPPORTUNITY *

FARMINGDALE, NY (IN OFFICE ONLY)
$25/HR *
*Qualifications: *
2 years of of order processing experience
Experience using ERP systems
Experience processing invoices
Microsoft Office proficient
Great communication skills
*Description
Manage RMA/returns process and execution
Track and execute memo loans, both outgoing and returning
Back up Order entry and domestic shipment support
Day to day admin and dealing with customers specific needs for orders
Coordinating with sales team to ensure the orders are getting out in a timely manner
Raising support team invoices for warranties and service visits or spares orders
Assist support team with critical shipments to on-site visits
Customer service - Handle various rep/customer calls for various issues.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmingdale, NY.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
