Graphic Visualization & Visual Communications Intern BREDA / HYBRID Moooi is looking for a Graphic Visualization & Visual Communications Intern to support our Product Development team in building clear, structured, and highly professional visual tools. This role is ideal for someone who is fast, precise, and highly sensitive to layout, grids, and visual consistency — and who enjoys turning sketch inputs into perfectly crafted presentations and documentation. This is not a conceptual or creative graphic design role. Instead, you will act as a visual enabler for the team: translating content, data, and instructions into strong, structured visuals that help us document, analyze, and communicate our work clearly — internally and cross‑departmentally. You will support the team in creating mapping tools, product overviews, internal templates, roadmaps, and presentations that reflect Moooi’s high standards of clarity, quality, and professionalism. WHAT YOU WILL DO Translate sketch drafts, notes, and data into clear, well‑structured PowerPoint presentations Build and maintain visual grids and mapping tools (e.g. product collections across typologies, categories, timelines) Create and optimize internal templates for PowerPoint, Excel, and other documentation tools Support the visualization of roadmaps, development timelines, and product strategies Ensure visual consistency, hierarchy, alignment, and clarity across all internal documents Prepare clean, presentation‑ready materials for internal reviews, management meetings, and cross‑team communication Support Excel‑based tools with clear structure, formatting, and visual logic Work with Figma for structured layouts, diagrams, and collaborative visual documents Use Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for layout, refinement, and visual accuracy Apply AI tools such as Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly for graphic generation and visualization to increase speed and efficiency while maintaining quality Organize and maintain visual files, templates, and documentation systems Provide flexible visual support to other teams when needed (e.g. Brand, Sales, or Operations) WHO YOU ARE Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in graphic design, visual communication or a related field HBO year 3 or 4 afstudeer stage or meewerkstage – Communication & Multimedia Design (CMD) Highly skilled in layout, grids, typography, and visual structure Very comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel — able to make them look sharp, clear, and professional Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experienced or curious about using AI tools to support graphic and visualization workflows Fast, efficient, and comfortable working with clear instructions and deadlines Extremely detail‑oriented and precise Able to follow brand and visual guidelines consistently Organized, reliable, and proactive Fluent in English and Dutch is a plus WHAT YOU WILL LEARN How product development teams document, structure, and communicate complex information How high‑level internal tools and presentations are built inside an international design brand How to balance speed and efficiency with premium visual quality How structured visualization supports strategic decision‑making How AI tools can enhance productivity in non‑conceptual graphic workflows How different departments collaborate through shared visual documentation WHAT WE OFFER A hands‑on internship within Moooi’s Product Development team Exposure to real product development processes and internal decision‑making Collaboration with experienced developers, engineers, and cross‑functional teams A high‑standard design environment where clarity and quality matter Internship compensation in line with regulations A role with real responsibility and tangible output used across the company WHO ARE WE A high‑end design brand in furniture and lighting.
