💲 Pay: $19–$20/hour

Are you a recent graduate or early career professional with a finance background and strong writing skills? We’re seeking a Technical | Editor/Writer to support written client inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with firm regulations and delivering clear, professional communication. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys research, writing, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field

✔ Strong customer service experience

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔ Experience with finance-related writing is a plus

✔ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do:

• Investigate, research, and resolve a high volume of client complaints
• Draft clear, professional written responses communicating the firm’s decisions
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to client complaint handling
• Support operational tasks such as settlement processing and privacy opt-out requests
• Handle incoming client inquiries and assist with additional projects as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolutions
