We are seeking an experienced outside sales professional to join our team. For nearly 70 years, LAI Fleet has been an industry leader in commercial vehicle leasing and fleet management.

Job Summary:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in an outside sales environment
- Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain them as long-term customers using a consultive selling approach
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activity, pipeline and opportunities
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience
What we are looking for:
- Self-motivated and accountable sales professional with the confidence to prospect and close new business
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop long-term customer partnerships
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven record (fleet management and/or truck rental/leasing experience preferred)
- Ability to overcome objections with resilience, urgency, and a positive attitude
- Collaborator with strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Finance preferred but not required)
- Clean driving record; able to pass background check and drug screening
