
Marketing Manager

Our client, a boutique commercial real estate brand, is seeking a Marketing Lead to own and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives that drive inbound interest, build credibility, and support overall business growth. This role will oversee a small design team while setting creative direction, managing content strategy, and ensuring all marketing efforts are cohesive, high-quality, and performance driven.
You Will:
- Own the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, and brand touchpoints.
- Drive inbound interest through content and marketing that builds credibility and supports business development efforts.
- Develop and manage content including pitch decks, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Lead event marketing efforts including planning, promotion, execution, and post-event content.
- Own and manage the full content ecosystem including social media, newsletters, and ongoing content cadence.
- Manage and optimize email marketing programs, leveraging platform capabilities and emerging AI features.
- Collaborate with internal designers to produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
- Provide leadership, feedback, and creative direction to a small design team.
- Ensure all marketing output maintains a high standard and aligns with business goals.
- Operate with a high level of ownership, identifying what needs to be done and executing without heavy oversight.
You Have:
- Experience owning marketing strategy and execution in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
- Strong content creation skills across presentations, written content, and campaign assets.
- Experience managing or mentoring designers or creative team members.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools.
- Experience managing social media and content calendars.
- A strong eye for design and the ability to distinguish between visually appealing and effective marketing.
- Experience supporting or leading event marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership without heavy oversight.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bonus: Experience in commercial real estate or a similar industry.

Pay range 85-95K
