Marketing & Business Development Lead (Healthcare)
We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Marketing & Business Development professional to support a growing network of outpatient medical clinics across multiple states. This is an opportunity to build and execute meaningful marketing strategies while making a real impact on access to care.
About the Role:
This is a hybrid position combining digital marketing oversight with on-the-ground business development. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused—comfortable analyzing data, managing vendors, and building relationships in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage digital marketing efforts (Google Ads, website, SEO, social media) in collaboration with external partners
• Develop and execute local outreach strategies (schools, employers, community events)
• Build and grow occupational health and employer relationships
• Track marketing performance, patient acquisition trends, and ROI
• Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships
• Coordinate branding and messaging across multiple clinic locations
• Help shape and improve the overall patient experience, from first touchpoint through follow-up
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in marketing, business development, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and driving initiatives forward
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track and improve ROI
• Willingness to travel periodically to clinic locations across Virginia and West Virginia
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
