Marketing & Business Development Lead (Healthcare)
We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Marketing & Business Development professional to support a growing network of outpatient medical clinics across multiple states. This is an opportunity to build and execute meaningful marketing strategies while making a real impact on access to care.
About the Role: This is a hybrid position combining digital marketing oversight with on-the-ground business development. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused—comfortable analyzing data, managing vendors, and building relationships in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage digital marketing efforts (Google Ads, website, SEO, social media) in collaboration with external partners
Develop and execute local outreach strategies (schools, employers, community events)
Build and grow occupational health and employer relationships
Track marketing performance, patient acquisition trends, and ROI
Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships
Coordinate branding and messaging across multiple clinic locations
Help shape and improve the overall patient experience, from first touchpoint through follow-up
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in marketing, business development, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and driving initiatives forward
Data-driven mindset with ability to track and improve ROI
Willingness to travel periodically to clinic locations across Virginia and West Virginia
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
