Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Growth Manager to own the performance, systems, and revenue side of marketing.
This role focuses on email marketing, CRM (HubSpot), analytics, and campaign execution—ensuring that all marketing efforts translate into measurable business growth.
This is a data-driven, execution-focused role, not a creative production role.
What You’ll Do
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Build and manage email campaigns (Klaviyo or similar)
- Develop promotional calendars aligned with revenue goals
- Optimize campaigns based on open rate, CTR, and conversion
CRM Management (HubSpot)
- Manage pipelines, deals, and lead tracking
- Build automation workflows and follow-ups
- Segment audiences for targeted outreach
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM data
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Track performance across marketing channels
- Generate reports on revenue, campaign performance, and ROI
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Support Meta Ads / Google Ads execution (if applicable)
Social Media Support (Performance Side)
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements
- Support growth strategy through data and insights
- Work closely with the creative team to optimize output
Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing operations, CRM, or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data
- Experience managing campaigns tied to revenue
Nice to Have
- Experience in eCommerce (Shopify preferred)
- Familiarity with Meta Ads / Google Ads
- Experience working with high-ticket or luxury products
