About the Role
We’re hiring an Account Manager to own and grow a book of healthcare customers within a high-growth, venture-backed company.
This is not customer support — you’re responsible for retention, expansion, and revenue performance.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare accounts
- Drive upsell + cross-sell revenue
- Build strong customer relationships and uncover growth opportunities
- Prioritize high-value accounts and recover at-risk ones
- Track performance and maintain clean CRM data
What You Need
- 2–4+ years B2B Account Management or Sales (required)
- Healthcare / medical sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of growing an existing book of business
- Strong commercial mindset (revenue-focused, not support-oriented)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts at once
