About the Role

We’re hiring an Account Manager to own and grow a book of healthcare customers within a high-growth, venture-backed company.

This is not customer support — you’re responsible for retention, expansion, and revenue performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare accounts
  • Drive upsell + cross-sell revenue
  • Build strong customer relationships and uncover growth opportunities
  • Prioritize high-value accounts and recover at-risk ones
  • Track performance and maintain clean CRM data

What You Need

  • 2–4+ years B2B Account Management or Sales (required)
  • Healthcare / medical sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of growing an existing book of business
  • Strong commercial mindset (revenue-focused, not support-oriented)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts at once

Comp & Perks
