Residential Specialist

Union Mission provides resources for safe, affordable, and sustained housing. Our vision is to be the leading agency ending homelessness in Westmoreland County. The residential Specialist provides direct support and supervision to residents in the Westmoreland Enhanced Forensic Supportive Housing Program which is staffed 24/7. The Union Mission is hiring both daytime and midnight staff. This position ensures a safe, clean and supportive permanent environment for individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness and having experience with the forensic system. Employees will help maintain facility operations, enforce rules, complete intake and exits, and offer trauma-informed, person-centered care aligned with Housing First principles.
