At Mabrey Bank, you'll do more than process transactions
you'll build lasting relationships and help customers reach their financial goals. As a Relationship Banker, you'll gain hands-on experience across personal banking, customer service, and teller operations, all while being part of a supportive, family-owned bank that invests in your growth. This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 5:10pm with rotating Saturdays, 8:45am to 12:15pm. Hours vary depending on business needs. What you'll need to be our Relationship Banker: High School Diploma or GED. Previous customer service, sales, or cash-handling experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. What you'll do as a Relationship Banker: Provide exceptional customer service in both personal banking and teller transactions. Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and loan inquiries. Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and services. Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all daily operations.
