Summary: Worker from an agency - Temporary. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to: Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services Processing customer orders, following up on backorders & ship directs Checking availability of stock, pricing and shipping dates Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to: Industrial knowledge is a plus Excellent communication skills Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently Must have experience performing a majority of the functions Prior inside sales but not required Organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required Regular in-person attendance required Normal business hours Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm Additional Information: Physical Demand: N/A Working Conditions: Mostly Office with some Warehouse functions Training/Certifications: N/A Travel: N/A Education: High School Diploma or GED Location: USA:MN:Eagan DXP offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time regular employees, normally working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, paid holidays, life and disability insurance, and additional supplemental benefits.
