Join our team as an Offsite Porter/Driver at Alliance Dealer Solutions! Alliance Dealer Solutions is hiring Offsite Porter/Drivers for our automotive dealership partner, Motor Werks of Barrington. This role offers fantastic opportunities for advancement and promotion for customer service-minded individuals. As an Offsite Porter/Driver, you play a critical role in providing exceptional service by ensuring the timely and safe transportation of vehicles to and from our offsite inventory lots and the dealership. To be considered for this position, applicants MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE MANUAL/STICK SHIFT VEHICLES. Attention to detail, reliability, and safe driving practices are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Vehicle Relocation: Move service vehicles to their designated locations, such as detail, offsite lot, service lot, shop, or tinting area. Record the spot number and place the key in its proper location (never in your pockets).
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained while in our care and practice safe driving techniques.
Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership.
Ways to Shine Move with Urgency: Move quickly when not operating behind the wheel, and practice safe driving at all times.
Safe Driving: Adhere to safe driving rules learned during safety huddles.
Stay Present: Remain focused and attentive while operating customer cars.

Learn and Adapt: Continuously seek to understand your site and its operations to become more efficient.
