Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing equipment. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor. Responsibilities: Log incoming service calls accurately. Create and manage service tickets. Schedule and dispatch service personnel efficiently. Assist in resolving billing disputes. Coordinate gas refills and ensure equipment safety. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Customer service skills Dispatching and logistics coordination experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Basic computer navigation skills Clerical and manual order entry skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules Basic computer literacy and quick learning ability Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Work Environment: The role is based onsite in Stuart, FL, within an air-conditioned office setting that promotes a collaborative team environment. The comprehensive training program includes three weeks of classroom instruction from Monday to Friday, either from 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM, followed by one week of hands-on training. There are 10 available positions with various schedules. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
