Job Purpose: Pro Shop attendants will help conduct all business in the pro shop. This includes but is not limited to answer phones, booking tee times, checking in tee times, selling merchandise, cleaning, stocking product and exceptional customer service. This position is seasonal and will end when the golf course closes in late October. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Exceptional customer service Checking in tee times Answer phone calls Selling merchandise Cleaning and stocking pro shop Cash handling/cashier Weekend availability is required Good communication skills with management for scheduling and shift needs Minimum qualifications: Must be 16 years of age or older Customer service Time management skills Willingness to learn on the go Required application materials: Complete the online application.
