Customer Service Representative
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a leading supplier of process equipment in Harlan, Iowa. This is an associate-to-hire opportunity, with a great benefits package offered once hired on! Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answer inbound customer calls regarding orders, returns, shipments, delivery status, complaints, and warranty requests Enter and manage customer orders accurately in the system Review customer files and previous orders to validate new order details Verify order specifications to meet manufacturing requirements Process Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) for returns, credits, or warranty items Assist with initial warranty review and coordinate with engineering for product analysis Support outside sales representatives with order entry and customer requests within assigned territories Collect customer specifications and pricing details to prepare accurate quotations Make outbound calls as needed to follow up with customers and coordinate freight quotes Customer Service Representative Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order entry, or administrative roles required Strong communication and phone skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and customer information Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable collaborating with customers, internal teams, and sales representatives
