What You Will Do Responding to

customer inquiries

via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and timely manner Troubleshooting

issues and guiding customers through product features and solutions Resolving concerns

efficiently while ensuring c ustomer satisfaction Collaborating

with internal teams to tackle more complex support cases Accurately documenting

customer interactions and maintaining detailed records What You Bring

A

genuine passion

for delivering

outstanding customer service 2+ years of experience

in a customer support role Excellent verbal and written

communication skills Strong problem-solving

abilities, especially in technical situations Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and

professional under pressure Great a ttention to detail

and solid

organizational skills Experience using CRM

or help desk platforms (a plus) Flexibility to work

varied shifts , including
