Customer Service Representative
LHH is partnering with a well-established and growing company in High Point searching for a direct hire Customer Service Representative to join their current team. This role will focus on order and account management including inventory and logistics coordination. This role will be fully onsite M-F 8-5 and will pay $50-60k with full benefits. Responsibilities: Manage order process for assigned clients from start to finish. Receive new orders via email/phone and enter all specifications into ERP including quantity, color, fabric, and finishing product selections, ship/delivery addresses, etc. Communicate with internal production, purchasing, logistics teams to verify available inventory and product client with updated ship/delivery dates. Manage open order reports via Excel and share with client as requested. Assist with invoicing/billing issues. Qualifications: Must have B2B customer service experience to be eligible for this role. Furniture/manufacturing industry experience preferred ERP experience Must have strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
