Were partnering with a growing organization seeking an Account Specialist to support client and vendor programs across their domestic operations team.
What Youll Be Doing Provide administrative, sales, and operational support to the Account Manager Coordinate orders, track program details, and support client deliverables Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution Maintain and update records, reports, and account-related documentation Support financial tracking, reporting, and goal alignment within accounts Assist with problem-solving and ensure a high level of customer service
What Your Work History Should Show Experience in account coordination, customer service, or operational support Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook Comfort working with numbers and supporting financial or operational goals Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive, proactive attitude
Additional Details Location: Issaquah, WA (100% onsite) Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM Salary: $55,000$60,000 Employment Model: Direct Hire Requirements: Must be able to pass a criminal background check
