Senior Business Analyst
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Hybrid in Oakland - onsite on Wednesdays
Pay Range: $70.00/hour - $74.00/hour

Job Responsibilities • Performs analysis on complex datasets models requiring customized reports and data. • Maintains and updates datasets to reflect real-time business developments. • Creates daily and weekly metrics related to business strategy and operations. Presents findings and recommendations to leaders. • Manages small to mid-size projects, including confidentiality review and other support functions.
Education Minimum Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
Experience Min:
4 years of related work experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Desired) • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints. • Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity • Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of management • Broad knowledge of different analytical methods, approaches, and tactics • Knowledge and understanding of key drivers affecting business results
Technical Proficiency: • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerBI) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. • Desired: AI experience (e.g., Copilot, Hdata) and Project, Visio or similar software
