Store Protection Specialist

Ross Stores - 1617 East Highland Avenue - Responsibilities: Provides a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft.; Monitors for potential safety issues and maintains a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.; Communicates theft indicators and loss prevention information to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.; Promotes excellent customer service through greeting customers and assisting as needed.; Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures.
