This is a contract position governed by the terms and conditions of employment agreement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for proper conduct of games as they apply to athletic activities.
  • Knowledge of sports and sports related activities.
  • Must be available on short notice, even when not scheduled.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor(s), in regards to sports officiating.

Individuals assigned to this classification must report to work per their assigned schedule. Parks and Recreation staff must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Sports background preferred.
