Content Director & Producer (Travel Role) Miami-Based (Required) + International Travel (Dubai, Europe) Full-Time | High Ownership | Immediate Start About the Role This is not a videographer job. This is a Content Director + Producer + Creative Operator role for someone who wants to build one of the most dominant personal brands in the AI / business space. I’m looking for a creative partner who can take ideas, scripts, and strategy — and turn them into high-quality, cinematic, in-person content. Your job is simple: I show up and perform. You own everything else. About Cameron England I run two companies: Pinpoint Scaling (Marketing Agency) License & Scale (High-Ticket Coaching Program) Combined revenue: Mid-7 Figures Our content is already performing well — but it's mostly: Screen-share Talking head We’re now scaling into premium, cinematic, in-person content to elevate the brand and expand into B2B AI services. ⚠️ The Problem You’re Solving We already have: AI systems generating daily content ideas + scripts A full editing & publishing team Proven distribution across YouTube, IG, X, LinkedIn What we don’t have: Someone to bring content to life in the real world No one currently owns: Shoots Locations Creative direction On-site execution That’s where you come in. What You’ll Own (End-to-End) 1. Content Direction & Ideation Take AI-generated scripts and turn them into visual concepts Decide what content deserves in-person production Plan weekly content shoots (3–5 pieces) Create shot lists, formats, and creative direction 2. Production & Logistics Scout and book locations (rooftops, offices, luxury spots, etc.) Coordinate guests, clients, and podcast interviews Plan shoot days so they run flawlessly Handle all equipment, setup, and logistics 3. Filming & On-Set Direction Direct me on camera (energy, pacing, delivery) Film high-quality content (or manage additional videographers) Capture cinematic B-roll and storytelling elements Ensure we get 3–5 strong pieces per shoot 4. Post-Production Handoff Organize footage with clear structure + notes Hand off to editor with clear creative direction Review and refine final outputs before publishing 5. Travel & Content Capture Travel with me (Miami, Dubai, Europe, events) Capture content at: Masterminds Client sessions Live events Adapt quickly to fast-moving environments Content Vision We’re building toward: Dan Martell Style Cinematic, documentary feel Multi-location shooting High production value “Day in the life” storytelling ️ Nick Setting Style Client-based storytelling Interviews + case studies Immersive, real-world content Weekly Workflow Monday: Content planning + location scouting Tuesday: Coordination + prep Wednesday: Shoot day Thursday: Optional second shoot / B-roll Friday: Handoff + review Your goal: Make content production frictionless Content You’ll Produce Location-based content (2–3x/week) Client collaborations (2–4x/month) Behind-the-scenes (2–3x/month) Podcasts/interviews (2–4x/month) Short-form content (5–7x/week) Requirements (Non-Negotiable) 2+ years producing content for personal brands / founders Experience working with $1M+ revenue creators or businesses Strong cinematography + storytelling ability Ability to own full production cycle independently Deep understanding of: YouTube Instagram Short-form content Based in Miami OR ready to relocate immediately Able to travel internationally Own professional equipment (or willing to invest) ➕ Bonus Points You understand YouTube growth & algorithms Experience in Miami or Dubai content scenes Podcast production experience Background in high-ticket / premium brands Who You Are You see locations and instantly think: “This is content.” You don’t wait for direction — you create it You can turn a script into a visual story You’re comfortable saying: “Do that again — more energy” You move fast, adapt fast, and execute fast You care about quality + output + results Compensation Competitive (based on experience & ownership level) Travel fully covered Opportunity to grow into a Head of Content role To apply, you MUST answer: Share 3 examples of in-person content you’ve produced What makes this style effective and how would you improve it?
