Overview Our mission is to give every company superhuman abilities to serve their customers. The most important thing happening inside any B2C company (insurance, financial services, etc.) is the conversation between the business and the customer. Voiceops turns those conversations into the intelligence layer for B2C revenue. Our platform listens to millions of calls, learns what good looks like, and builds a living model of how a business actually sells to and serves its customers. As companies automate their revenue functions with AI agents, those agents will need context, taste, and institutional knowledge to do their jobs well. We’re building the brain they plug into, whether that’s inside our platform or through open integrations like MCP. Eight people today, twenty by year’s end. Multi-billion dollar clients and a product that’s working. We’ve raised $12M in seed funding from top-tier investors. We’re hiring across technical and customer-facing roles. Location Location — This role requires 5 days per week office attendance in our beautiful Union Square HQ which is located in New York City, NY. Role Overview We landed multi-billion dollar clients and achieved 13x usage growth with a team of 8 and zero dedicated marketing. The product works and the proof is there, now it\'s time to build a community of the right people around it! As the founding marketing expert at Voiceops, you\'ll work directly with the CEO and Founder to set the strategy, find the most influential enterprise executives who are leading AI transformation at their companies, and make Voiceops the name they trust most. Not through cold outbound and worn out channels, but through showing up. This is a broad role by design, primarily focused on building the voice of the company and ensuring our potential customers hear it! We don\'t expect you to be an expert in all of it on day one, but we do expect real exposure to the latest trends in AI adoption and instinct to figure out what matters most as we grow. The scope will evolve as you do. Build the Community Host in-person events, webinars, and virtual panels that bring the right people together. Work our existing customer relationships to reach high-influence executives at B2B Enterprise companies. Get us into the conferences and conversations where buyers are searching for AI transformation and make Voiceops a familiar, trusted name in those rooms. You see the value in building credibility through technical communities, not just business ones. Tell the Story Own our LinkedIn presence, the CEO\'s personal brand, the company website, and the content that ties it together. Create case studies, videos, and narratives that make what we do impossible to ignore. Give our sales and CS teams the language and one-pagers to carry that story forward. Grow the Footprint Sharpen our website, build interactive tools that give buyers a reason to engage, and expand our visibility into the non-traditional channels where discovery actually happens today: AI-driven tools like ChatGPT. Identify partnerships and new growth channels, then pressure-test them fast. Professional Requirements 5 - 10 years Enterprise SaaS Marketing focused on organic brand growth, AI community events, digital footprint, social media and more Brand Builder . This isn’t the first time you\'ve taken a brand flying under the radar and made the market pay attention. You can run a webinar or walk a room of executives through an industry topic and hold the room Genuinely social. You like being in the room, working a conference, and building relationships that compound over time Laser focused on Channel. You have strong opinionson where enterprise buyers are discovering vendors today: AI search, dark social, peer communities and more Strong storytelling instincts. You can write, simplify a complex technical product, and make an Enterprise buyer feel the urgency Data-driven.
