Pay Rate: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)
1st Shift:
Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years of relevant experience (sales support, customer service, retail, wholesale, or supply chain)
Experience working with major retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, or Target is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain business relationships
Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High
attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM systems
Basic knowledge of EDI systems
Key Responsibilities
Review routing and compliance guidelines for assigned customer accounts
Accurately process and input orders within required timelines
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics) to resolve order-related issues
Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates or concerns
Assist in resolving post-order issues, including chargebacks
Act as a secondary sales contact for assigned accounts and franchise locations
Support sales efforts through suggestive selling and recommending alternative products when needed
Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, pricing, and available alternatives
