$39,520 - $52,000 per year Responsibilities:
* Communicate with providers and internal team members, as well as occasional client contact (either over the phone or in-person) * Request, track, and follow up on medical records, bills, and itemized statements * Assist attorneys and paralegals in gathering and organizing evidence needed to support clients' cases * Help ensure all case files are current, complete, and ready for the next stage of litigation or settlement
Qualifications:
* Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills * Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented * Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple open records requests * Bilingual (Spanish/English) * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times * Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word documents, Excel, and other Microsoft products
