Sales / Marketing Office Assistant

Part-Time | Onsite | Flexible Daytime Hours

Location: Gurnee, Illinois
Schedule: Weekdays, flexible hours between 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 16–20 hours per week
Work Environment: In-office

What You’ll Do

As a Sales / Marketing Office Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales and design teams by ensuring materials are prepared, organized, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Print retail signage created by the graphic design team
Match printed signs with request tickets accurately
Distribute completed materials to the sales team
Ensure deadlines are met and materials are delivered on time
Maintain printers and ensure they remain in good working condition
Communicate effectively with the design team regarding requests and issues
Assist with occasional office projects and errands
Provide general administrative support as needed

Strong problem-solving skills
Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Available during daytime hours, at least 16–20 hours per week
Prior office experience is a plus, but not required
