We’re seeking a Senior Design Director of Visual Merchandising and Store Design to support a luxury beauty brand team. This role offers a hybrid work model, primarily based in an office environment, and provides an exciting opportunity for a seasoned design leader to influence global retail spaces and brand experiences.

Responsibilities Lead the global 3D visual merchandising and store design team, managing multiple direct reports across headquarters and regional offices.
Collaborate with senior brand leadership to develop innovative design strategies and initiatives.
Create and present detailed 3D visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards and budgets.
Establish scalable design guidelines, maintain global brand consistency, and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications Minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural store design, visual merchandising, or related fields.
Proven success in managing design approval processes and working with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
Strong skills in reviewing technical drawings, design sets, and construction documentation.
Proficiency with industry-standard 3D rendering software such as 3D Studio Max or Rhino, and tools like Photoshop and SketchUp.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with experience from a luxury or prestige brand being advantageous.
