As aUX Designer, you willblend with Neoparx’s strong design culture. As part of our remoteteam, you will join 10+ talented UX Researchers, Brand Strategists, andUI Designers who are all passionate about solving sticky problems forour clients.
Research-based: Using extensive research, data, andinsights, we design and deploy experiences that are intuitive andeasy to use.
Conceptualize and create digital experiences: Youwill help transition projects from discovery to prototypes, craftingconcepts for product environments. (websites, web, and mobile apps).
Internal processes: You will help us improve ourinternal workflows, playbooks, templates, and procedures. We’re ayoung and agile company and try to maintain a flat hierarchy. Weempower you to bring your ideas to the table, improve our processesand take the initiative for building the kind of agency you want towork for.
Grow with us: As part of our strong design culture,you will engage with your team members daily, work closely withvarious departments (discovery, branding, development) and havedesign talks, 1-on-1's, company meetings, daily standups, and ad-hoccheckpoints to grow your skills and understanding of how awell-structured and researched design can have powerful impacts onthe businesses we work with.
Preferred experience You are an open-minded, focused, determined, good listener, and youaren’t afraid to make mistakes. You have an understanding of a standardagency workflow. Preferably you have at least 2+ years ofexperience as a designer and have worked in an agency,tech company, or freelancer.
UX swiss knife: Familiar with well-known methodsand concepts - analytics audit, competitors benchmark, surveys,interviews, personas, journey maps, informational architecture,wireframing, prototyping, and testing. Knowledge in best practicesfor web-based information architecture and design.
Human-centric: Investigate and understand the userand client needs. Implement those findings into the productenvironment, with considerations for accessibility, scalability,technology platforms, and storytelling.
Problem solver: You love to solve complex (and notso complex) problems. Always looking to research for new ideas andimprove current solutions. You can design products from ideation topolished and functional solutions.
Accountable: You have a strong sense ofcommitment, accountability, and ownership. You are independent andwill solve problems by taking matters into your hands if needed. Youare a doer.
Communication: You can easily communicate with yourteam members and clients and are confident about getting peoplebuying in around your proposed solutions. You will be part of clientmeetings to communicate research findings and
Languages: You are very fluent in English to engagewith all international team members and clients. The majority of ourclients are from the United States, the United Kingdom, Denmark,France, Australia, etc.
Bonus: You have experience building interactiveprototypes or animation skills.

Salary: We haven’t decided on the salary range dueto this being a remote position. We offer a competitive salary basedon your skills, expertise, and location.
