Marketing Intern (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities We are looking for a highly creative and motivated marketing talent to strengthen our brand presence and identity. This role is hands-on and tool-driven, and focuses on creative content development, brand consistency, and impactful marketing campaigns to strengthen HyImpulse’s presence in the European space market. Support in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote HyImpulse services Create and deliver presentations, pitch decks, and visual proposals Write, design, and publish content including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials (digital and print) Design marketing assets such as brochures, one-pagers, social media graphics, and event materials Plan, design, and coordinate promotional merchandise production Support preparation and execution of industry events, trade shows, and conferences Update and manage website content (Webflow), including layout adjustments and content uploads Ensure consistent brand application across all marketing channels Basic Qualification Design & Content creation: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) Canva Structured presentation development (PowerPoint / Keynote / Google Slides) Strong copywriting skills for technical and professional audiences Web & Digital: Webflow (CMS management, layout editing) Basic HTML/CSS Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals Marketing & Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Structured working style in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal English (German is a plus) Desired Experience Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization Experience in creating animations or motion graphics Interest in the aerospace sector and familiarity with the NewSpace industry Benefits Regular team events – from Christmas parties to adventure offsites Free coffee, tea & water – fuel for big ideas Open, respectful feedback culture at eye level Buddy program with structured onboarding, including a welcome package A diverse and inspiring startup environment, where talented people from over 16 nations collaborate to build something extraordinary Hands-on involvement across end-to-end development processes in a fast-growing New Space startup Location Our location in Neuenstadt in the region of Heilbronn offers an ideal combination of rural charm and urban quality of life.
