Role Description
We are seeking a Regional Key Account Manager for a full-time, hybrid role based in Schaumburg, IL, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Arlington, VA, Columbus-OH, Buffalo, NY, Madison-WI, Kansas City, KS ,your city not listed? Just ask? with flexibility for remote work. The Regional Key Account Manager will develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored advertising solutions that meet client objectives. Responsibilities include managing accounts, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution. The role also involves overseeing client communications and providing consistent support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in client relationship management, account management, and negotiation
- Strong background in sales strategy, market analysis, and business development
- Experience with advertising platforms such as TV, radio, digital media, and billboards
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to function in a hybrid work environment and manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with tracking performance metrics is beneficial
