The company began with a manual screen‑printing press, a strong work ethic, and a belief in treating people the way you want to be treated. Today, we are a 15‑person team producing high‑quality decorated apparel for small businesses, local sports programs, schools, nonprofits, and nationwide firms.

We are a modern, creative, community‑rooted shop — and we are looking for a polished, relationship‑driven Local Sales Representative to join us.

Role Overview

  • Build and grow relationships with local businesses, schools, teams, and organizations
  • Develop new business through outreach, networking, and community involvement
  • Maintain long‑term accounts with consistent, reliable service
  • Collaborate with production to ensure accurate, high‑quality orders
  • Represent FIELDS printwear with professionalism and authenticity

Hybrid Schedule

Training Phase (First 4–6 Weeks)

  • 4 days in‑office
  • 1 day remote/field time

After Training

  • 2–3 days in‑office
  • 2–3 days remote/field time

Office days: quoting, follow‑ups, team meetings Field days: client visits, outreach, networking

Compensation

  • Base salary plus commision

Earning Potential:

  • Year 1: ~$70,000
  • Year 3: ~$100,000+
  • Year 5: ~$120,000+
